6:30
A morning with a plan
Today's tasks, last night's sleep and your block schedule, all on one screen, before you get to ask “where do I start”.
It's not about how much you want to do something, but whether you have the energy and discipline for it. Define what you want to accomplish today.
Energy across the day
Energy level from 6:00 to 24:00 for the Bear chronotype, the most common one. Energy rises through the morning, peaks at 11:00, drops around 15:00, recovers in the afternoon and fades in the evening.
Open the app and today is there: your scheduled blocks, your tasks, and one question about your energy. Answer with a tap and the plan adjusts to the state you are actually in.

Our features
Three things that happen on their own, before you even open the calendar.
6:30
Today's tasks, last night's sleep and your block schedule, all on one screen, before you get to ask “where do I start”.
10:00
Apple Health data turns into the curve of your day. The app knows when you peak and when you dip.
15:00
Deep Work lands on your maximum, while admin work moves down to the afternoon dip.
Four steps from connecting your calendar to a plan that accounts for your energy.
Connect all your calendars (Google, Outlook, etc.). AcademiX becomes your single command center, syncing meetings and tasks in one unified view.
Integrate data from your smartwatch (Apple Health, Google Fit). Our unique Bio-Scheduler analyzes your sleep, stress level, and recovery to understand when you truly have the power to act.
Add tasks by voice, text, or even a photo. Our AI not only saves the date, but also detects conflicts and helps break large projects into smaller steps.
Instead of “stuffing” tasks in, AcademiX suggests the best time for deep work. It proactively protects you from overloading your schedule and burnout, caring for your wellbeing.

Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar, both ways. You connect your accounts once and AcademiX pulls meetings and tasks from every calendar into a single view of your day. A change made in AcademiX flows back to the source calendar, and the other way round.
From data your watch or phone already collects. Once you connect Apple Health or Google Fit, the Bio-Scheduler reads your sleep, stress and recovery, and turns them into the curve of your day - when you peak and when you naturally dip.
Where it lands in the day. A regular calendar drops a task into whatever slot happens to be free. AcademiX puts work that needs focus at your energy peak, and moves admin and email into the afternoon dip.
Your chronotype is your natural daily rhythm - the hours when your body works well on its own, and the ones where forcing it gets you nowhere. Knowing it means you stop planning against yourself. You can find yours with our quiz; it takes about 90 seconds and needs no sign-up.
iPhone for now - an Android version will follow later. The app also works without a connection: your data stays available locally and syncs automatically once you are back online.
The Free plan costs nothing and includes the energy calendar, biometric analysis and Deep Work mode. PRO and MAX will be paid, but we are setting their prices during the beta. The beta is open to the first 100 people and costs nothing at this stage.
