AcademiX

About us

We’re building the calendar we always needed

We’re a small team of students from Poland who decided to solve the problem of day planning from scratch. AcademiX is the result of frustration with existing tools and a belief that technology can work in harmony with human biology.

Events

Where we've shown AcademiX

Newest first. Every one of these ended with questions we had no ready answer for, and that was the best part.

  1. Demo Day

    AI Startup Builders #2

Gdańsk, Poland · Science and Technology Park

Five weeks of the No-Code Poland and Value Builders programme, closing with a Demo Day at the Gdańsk Science and Technology Park. We presented AcademiX to the jury, took the kind of questions an investor actually asks, and walked out with a finished pitch deck.

    • Joachim and Tomasz from AcademiX presenting on Demo Day, the slide behind them showing their names and roles
  2. Live demo

    Apple Summer Camp

    Warsaw, Poland · Hotel Verte

An invite-only Apple workshop for online creators, journalists and students from Poland and the region. We put AcademiX on iPads and Macs next to the workshop stations and demoed it to people who try out new apps for a living.

    • Joachim from AcademiX at the stand: a MacBook and two iPads running the chronotype quiz on the table, the app on a monitor behind
    • The AcademiX stand up close: the homepage on a large monitor, code on a MacBook and the chronotype quiz on an iPad
  3. Pitch Challenge finalist

    Infoshare 2026

    Gdańsk, Poland · AMBEREXPO

One of 17 teams selected across Pomerania, we reached the final of the Infoshare Talent Arena Pitch Challenge by STARTER. Three minutes on stage to explain why a calendar should account for your energy, not just your hours.

    • Overhead view of the Innovation Village hall at Infoshare, rows of red stands and a crowd of visitors
